I LOVE that they don’t like “I’ve Got a Feeling” by Black-Eyed Peas. Such a cash-grab (though a lot of the pop songs of that time are probably the worst songs, both musically and lyrically, that have come out since I was born) and it has no substance at all.

Hello, only comment but I want to point out that it's funny how a dude can behave and look like this and be considered sane, trustworthy, credible, admirable. Now imagine a chick having fucked up hair and posture making patchy eye contact and muttering about their project. She'd be discredited, judged, ridiculed. Yet this is how I look and feel like behaving when I wake up daily. Femininity takes a lotta work.

I do hope you know that not only was Ryley touring relentlessly, he was going through a ton of drug abuse at the time. He's talked about this on numerous podcasts, i suggest you'd give them a listen if you're into his music. Luckily he has since kicked the drugs, but apparently went through hell to get clean. When i see this interview, i just see a dude who is dead-tired and burnt-out. I'm glad he is off the smack!
