I see music in colors, shapes, and even numbers. If I hear a hardcore or metal riff, I can easily assign a four digit code to it. Some riffs even take the shape of certain vehicles, oddly enough.

Could be natural synesthesia (although it would most likely have been talked about even as a child and growing up) but he also suffers from depersonalization-derealization disorder (DPD) from long term use of (at least) pcp (his most commons terms for are it are "wakata" and has also used "staying 'noited" (anointed, like wet). During I believe violence begets violence, but a recent paz or jmt able he has a line about "smoking wakata and sippin on the 'yac again" (cognac) and speeds about his struggles in more depth on "Is Happiness Just a Word?" I think there's a strong chance this "synesthesia" is a side effect of drug use/abuse (wanted or unwanted "side effect")
