When you thaw them, do they look like regular onions or do they hold a lot of water? I’ve never frozen them, so I’m worried about them getting mushy.

@@simplymadeeats I have used for stir fry and for Roulettes and it’s never mushy I’n the fryer it realizes the water and it dries out

It is 4 layers, but you fold them into triangles so the dough overlaps. 🥰 hope that makes sense!
