To get the sulphoraphane on cruciferous veggies after cooking, I sprinkle ground mustard seed on it

@ to me it’s more because the sulphoraphane enzyme gets deactivated by heat so I need to add it back for it to work.

When you thaw them, do they look like regular onions or do they hold a lot of water? I’ve never frozen them, so I’m worried about them getting mushy.

It is 4 layers, but you fold them into triangles so the dough overlaps. 🥰 hope that makes sense!
