I grew up in Pine Bush, got my trombone from Alto Music way, way back in like 1980, maybe 🤔 1979. Are you guys still located off the 211, top of the hill not too far from the Dunkin Donuts? I think that’s where the shop was. Been quite a while. Thanks for the video too.

How is it? Can u tune it down to drop c or drop b without any fret buzz?? I’m actually considering it even tho there’s no SS frets If I can get it to drop c without ANY fret buzz when clean since some of my verses are clean. Most of my choruses are really heavy then I will just buy a digital drop pedal to get it down to drop A # which is what I usually like to fly in along with drop C

I think you should probably consider learning a bit more about guitar before considering investing in something like this because this set of specs is for someone who really wants a specific sound/tuning. The Evertune bridge is also not beginner friendly in terms of restrings. To answer your questions, yes it does drop C all the way down to about drop G comfortably given the extended scale length. String gauges would need to compensate the lower you go. Fret buzz can happen on any guitar, good or bad, depending on setup/quality of fret leveling/etc. Lower action generally means you’ll get some fret buzz but you can get away with some just fine. Higher action means less likelihood of buzz, but also makes it harder to play. It’s why not so great guitars have bad action, if they set them up to a low action you’d hear all of the fret imperfections. TLDR; learn more about your instrument before investing this kind of cash

@@StraightRocketFuel This comment is filled with so much misinformation that I don't even know where to begin lol. You can easily tune this guitar to E standard if you want, the tension will be slightly higher but *nowhere* near extreme as you're making it seem and you most definitely can *NOT* snap the neck, that's just absolutely ridiculous.

condenser microphone emergency noise coming from the bottom. Does it generally happen with this model? Why didn't anyone mention it? I returned because of this problem. Is this a problem? Or is the microphone faulty? Please answer this.

Mark can just plain blow...with surprise! a shit-ton of swing. He has three solid gigs, each with a touring band, and I'd love to see him stand in with a jazz quartet and cut heads...because, improvisationally, he can. Love him, a great, great horn for all seasons (and a good singing voice as well).

Good video. Mark was born May 24, 1953, in Brooklyn, NY. The same day, I was born in Brooklyn, NY. It was St. Peter's hospital, which I am told is not there anymore. I always wonder if Mark was born there that day with me.

Alto - word on the street is that you're about to shut down all your stores and go internet only. Is that true? It would suck to loose the only mid-sized, music store in our area.

I had an original ‘65 deluxe reverb that had an evM12L in it when I bought. It was so bright I pretty much ran the treble on 2 with a telecaster. And it added 15lbs to the weight of the amp. It was from the 70s or early 80s. I took it out and threw it away but I was sick when I realized how much those things sell for. lol.

Check out the spacing on your J-200 tuners. Frame 2:55 Look behind the neck at the tuners! They are not evenly spaced . Mine is like that too! Epiphone--- uninspired by Gibson! Sounds good though.

Man, them being "Vegan" is by far the most pervasive falsity you will find, as far as they are concerned. Ive made posts pointing out that they are actually vegetarians, and actually had people straight up tell me im wrong, EVEN WHEN GIVEN DEFINITIVE PROOF. And a bunch of people straight spurged out, and called me all sorts of names...

Hello, I'm just starting with the Korg company (previously Roland Fantom G and Yamaha Tyros 3,4). Currently, I have the Korg PA5X, which, for me, is intuitive-I managed it without using the manual. I'm considering purchasing the Nautilus. The question is, can you record vocals directly onto audio tracks using a microphone on the Nautilus, then combine it with a MIDI track, save it, and play back the complete recorded song (the whole song)?

I’m curious if you have the Pa5x why do you need the nautilus?

Hii, if I use copy from Combi it won't copy the volumes of the instruments...if I adjust it manually it does not get saved and changes back. Any idea why? On your Nautilus it just works fine

Saw Chris with TSO in December 2006 at the Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City. Alex Skolnick was his 2nd guitarist at the time, and they had Jeff Plate from Savatage / Metal Church on drums. What a phenomenal show they put on! Loved the part where Chris and Alex traded solos back and forth!

@christophercaffery6029 Yes it has. Listening to you play o er the years with this guitar it always sounds great. A warm, woody tone. I do remember the Santa graphic. Lol! Reminds me of Rowan Robertson formerly of Dio had a Jackson Soloist with his cat's face airbrushed on it. It works! If you are the real Chris I'd like to thank you for all your hard work and great playing over the years. Your a true inspiration.
