отличная работа парень! уважаю такие переделки) у нас в городе таким не хотят заниматься, ничего не стачивают как ты эти квадратные кромки на оси, только в редких сервисах берут огромные суммы чтобы заменить эластомерный куб, чаще его не разбирая целиком меняют по стоимости нового мотора от kugoo m4 pro... желаю новых идей и успехов!))

Thank you for the appreciation.. I also had the elastomer cube you are talking about. You can also find it in one of my videos.. I did not like it at all. Very rigid. With this mode you have the possibility to choose your stiffness according to your weight. Plus the repair costs drop a lot.

In my case the problem was the 5v regulator, changing it from a totally dead controller was the solution for me. The F2 fuse was ok.

Yes. This is also possible. For me it was the F2 fuse. Even if it looks good on the multimeter, it no longer allows the necessary current to pass....I put 2 x 0.5A fuses in parallel and I had no more problems.

One thing to note. My original front axle was at least 1mm thicker than the back one. I was grinding it for almost an hour to be able to fit it inside the converter. My back shock absorber was not the original, and it was much easier to fit.

I don't think this is the reason. probably it's about the manufacturing batch and bad quality control. I also had differences between the front suspension and the rear suspension, but not really that big, and mine are the suspensions with which the scooter was equipped from the factory.

Din pacate nu ma ocup cu service de trotinete. Eu am schimbat dupa ceva timp coloana de directie.Vezi aici : kzbin.info/www/bejne/e4u5oX6jg62nb7c .Operatia in sine nu e grea. O bormasina si un surub .Poti sa te ghidezi dupa cotele din desenul pus in video. Dar iti recomand si mai bine sa comanzi una noua. Din ce am inteles , astea noi vin deja ranforsate.

In My scooter was damaged controller, i changed it and it don't shows battery capacity, is not working front light and becomed 3 speed modes e,d,s. Scooter lost a little bit power and its drives just 20km max, is not working tempomat. I don't knaw what is the ptoblem... maybe this controller is for new models of xiaomi. I cant unblok scooter also, any ideas how to fix it ?

What controller did you replace with? Are you using a Xiaomi controller? And if yes you should try to connect it with the Xiaomi mi app and follow the instruction to unlock the scooter.

My scooter is 1,5 years old, and i covered 3900km. And mine is a clone, its an iscooter from ali express The engine is quiter, its more powerful, its perfect. It was 250€🤭, and it has the original tyres, battery, etc

After riding the xiaomi pro scooter for 2 years and driving 20,000 kilometers, I changed the accelerator once, 3 pairs of bearings, a motor, 2 inner tubes, 6 solid tires, 2 brakes, 6 brake pads, and a front shock absorber. The battery was fully cycled 735 times. . . The quality is still good

Yeah, i ride mine daily, for year and half, and i still didnt cover 4k km. I think 20 k is a bit exagerated😅 And i use mine to go to colleage, get grosseries, go for evening drives, take the garbage out, etc
