In my case the problem was the 5v regulator, changing it from a totally dead controller was the solution for me. The F2 fuse was ok.

Yes. This is also possible. For me it was the F2 fuse. Even if it looks good on the multimeter, it no longer allows the necessary current to pass....I put 2 x 0.5A fuses in parallel and I had no more problems.

Is a fuse of controller, you can repair whith a simple cable or fuse. Search con google the fuse controller and repair.

В случае странностей при работе самоката (недостаточная яркость фары, мерцание фары и индикаторов, низкая скорость и рывки). Необходимо заменить на плате контроллера предохранитель F2!
