The beach resort had bars and a restaurant. Didn't really see any markets.

Its great. Especially if you stay near Termini on the side where the Forum is. Just walk over. But if you have to take a Taxi it can get expensive especially if you get gouged so know the approx fair beforehand and they changed the entrance to the Port and made it far away so its hard to walk over with your bags if you are older. Again, Taxi. Do they have a shuttle? And that all add up.

Yes staying close to Rome Terminal Station is convenient. When you do arrive at the Civitavecchia station there are taxi shuttles there that can take you to your cruise terminal for cheap.

Is Megans bay a public bathing and toilet area where all those people peeing in the water? I do not want to hang out on that beach if there are that many people there yuck.

Magens Bay Beach is a paying Beach with bathroom stalls. So no one was peeing in the water.

I thought it was a great value. Bus is about 24 Euros while Ubers range 10-15 Euros one ways. So taking a bunch of Ubers can add up.

There are some sketchy places in Managua. I put that title since I have lot of people who want to know how the country is after the 2018 protests. I do have to admit the country is a lot safer now.

Hi. We are due to travel on viva in november which includes 5 spanish ports. We have been advised we will be charged 10% vat on all food and drink consumed in spanish waters even though we have the free at sea package. Did your trip include spain and if so were you charged the additional 10% tax on your food and drinks? Thanks

Hello. My sailing didn't include Spain. From what I heard is that Spain charges that tax for purchases made while on Spanish land/ waters but when you're away from Spanish waters then you don't get that tax. If you're not from the EU then some purchases can qualify for a partial tax refund. Hope this helps.

I did the excursion with the cruiseline. Depending on the type of Damajagua excursion they normally range between $99-189.

If you are referring to the taxi rides they charge per 2 ppl so 6 ppl will be charged as 3 couples.

I have to admit it is definitely not for the faint of heart. It is 20 stories high 170 feet above the sea. My heart was pounding when I did it. If you love adrenaline I say go for it.

We just got back from An Alaskan Cruise on the Bliss. Had a blast (first cruise). it is almost identical to the Escape. We are planning a Mediterranian cruise next Summer on the escape. thanks for posting the video

Hi! Great video, when you want to get back to the port from the beach, there's taxis there at the beach? And is there another way to get to paradise point? A taxi or something? I saw the sky ride will be close during our cruise. We want to do this by ourselves without a tour. Thank you new suscriber here!

Thank you for subscribing! Yes there are taxis at the beach and if you are docking at Havesight then Paradise Point is actually walking distance. About a 5 min walk.

There are conflicting stories in the history of the drink. A Puerto Rican pirate came up with the basic ingredients, Caribe Hotel claimed the drink too. What I got told was that the way it is currently made came from Barrachina. At the end of the day we don't know for sure but it did came from Puerto Rico 🇵🇷
