We just got back from An Alaskan Cruise on the Bliss. Had a blast (first cruise). it is almost identical to the Escape. We are planning a Mediterranian cruise next Summer on the escape. thanks for posting the video

I have to admit it is definitely not for the faint of heart. It is 20 stories high 170 feet above the sea. My heart was pounding when I did it. If you love adrenaline I say go for it.

They have morning stretches at the fitness center. Didn't really see chair exercises.

I went on the shelf knowing it was pretty big and I rented a scooter I didn't really need it sooner but I didn't really want to walk a long way I guess I'm just too lazy
