Good explanation of release management, I have been evaluating clickup for managing my agile project & team, but I'm struggling to find suitable features in clickup for release management. Appart from using a label to tag a release, there doesn't seem to be much functionality to see the status of the release etc.

couldn't find exactly those ads with which you bombard youtube, but they are 2 of the most annoying ads on the internet. why the hell in the world do you think someone will ever choose your s*it over jira? do you think that a talking head of a dude nobody knows on the whole globe will ever make someone switch to your all-in-one value proposition? do you really think it's competitive and people don't see 5000 ads like that on any given day?

ClickUp keeps ignoring us long term and loyal customers and are focusing on trivial mostly useless features such as AI and whiteboards, meanwhile we're struggling with PM because you still didn't even start working on "customize tasks by task type", a request that was promised to be implemented by the end of 2024 which is clearly not happening

Ok, this is a good step forward but still not available on iPad and not compatible with the stylus which makes it much less useful than Miro.

I hope the constantly need to close and reopen requirement for whiteboards to function as well as collaboration issues are addressed before this update. I love clickup and have been using it in my own company and when I moved to another company we also moved to clickup there. I love how you bring everything in one place and it's a dream for managers and executives but you should also consider specialists which will be handling the other aspects. For example for designers, it should be as robust as notion to be considered an alternative for constant document creation. For project managers it should be as robust as Jira (btw it is in terms of task management I like it). For managers to create a flowchart for a project plan it needs to be as robust as miro to collaborate. For chat to be used it should be as good as Slack. I assume it is pretty hard. But without addressing those issues the other improvements are I believe not reaching their potential. I love clickup but it is tiring to hear better alternatives for specific use cases on a constant basis. Alternatively you can make importing stuff better. If we can use miro to collaborate on the flowchart and import it to clickup to create tasks that is much better then having to use clickup for flowchart creation too if that functionality is not as good enough. Clickup shines when you use it instead of multiple tools and it is often perfect. But for people that are only using 1 or 2 tools within the entire pool of tools a company uses, it sometimes lack behind causing a bad reception for teams. I mean this may not be the right place to raise those concerns but hope lands in the screens of the related people.

Audrey is good with showing technical stuff by sharing her screen and answering questions 👍 I have a list with campaign, those have daily values, then I did a formula to sum by days of the month and nowadays I cannot make it to autosum in the botton of the last. That would be great to have too 😌
