For adding a diagram, are you trying to use a template by clicking 'Templates' at the bottom of your Whiteboard and it isn't adding the template you have chosen? If not and you'd like to create a diagram, you can check our Whiteboard templates and use one that works for you. After doing so, you can edit it to fit your workflow. If you had something slightly different in mind, would you be able to tell me a little more? I look forward to your response!
