Once our kids were teenagers we started doing experiences as opposed to gifts. We would still by 1 or 2 gifts, but for us it was more about making memories with them.

When my kids were small, they would get up at the butt crack of dawn and open their stockings, then we would have a breakfast that would stop a heart, and then open presents. Christmas dinner was always the Italian dream theme. And you ate yourself into a coma. Great memories 😊

People think just buying geckos makes you a “ business “ and that having nice geckos means you deserve attention….wrong ..! . it takes time , effort, networking, people like and trust longevity. I lov e cresteds and have had a male and female for 3 years but dont want too breed because of genetics not being good. My male is a phantom and my female partial pin flame.i would love to get a lilly so i can make animals that i can sell and i know they would have good homes. I feel that just to breed for the sake of breeding is wrong because there are so many animasl out there unless you can make something amazing. .

Love hearing the lineage and that you are 3rd generation with him! We love contrast over here! It is crazy how cresties have different body structures. I have noticed some are long and skinny, short and fat, big and fat!!!! My first ever female has never been more than 41 grams and I have some that 80g monsters. I think it will be interesting to see if anyone really starts pushing the "size". Like in dogs how you can have standard, mini and toy/micro sizes. It would be no different than pushing for genetics, you just get smaller geckos and pair them with smaller geckos, vice versa with larger animals.

Love all you guys do for the community. Your brand recognition keeps growing and man, as much as I hate having competition on Patreon, if they are in the crested gecko market they are fools if they are not part of it.
