I realized something after watching a lot of your videos. Some of the original songs have swears, including this song, where the original has "oh, f*ck the fork and knife" and your cover has "oh, forget the fork and knife." I'm genuinely curious- is this because of your faith or because you want to make it accessible to a wider audience?

Both, haha! I don't like cursing because of my faith, and it happens to make things more accessible! Even though I enjoy darker themes in my music, I'm also aware that these songs are widely enjoyed by a younger audience. I want to respect my God who has given me a passion for and liberty to sing, and I also want to respect my listeners and their parents. I have a lot of parents who are into this niche who also appreciate that I am mindful of my language. It all kind of came together in a way I didn't expect, haha! I was afraid people would be angry that I don't curse (and there are people like that), but many more respect my decision and I feel that working around cursing helps me express grief/anger more meaningfully/poetically.
