Marvelous. The "epoch" 1550-1770 in the “continued bass age” with its focus on chordal structure, the triad....

Very elegant music - beautifully performed . Giovanni Battista Costanzi, whom André Grétry considered to be one of the most popular composers of church music in Rome - although he was one of the most prolific composers of the 18th century, only a small part of his oeuvre, including one opera, has survived. Also known as teacher of Luigi Boccherini.

Gloria Coates was an American composer. She was born in 1933 in the USA and has lived in Munich since 1969, where she died in 2023. Her work is very extensive and interesting. She was multi-talented, she also painted pictures. This music can also be the horror of war. It's my assumption. We all want to live in peace.

Excelente y nunca bien ponderado compositor .

Rachmaninoff's style at least a decade before Rachmaninoff himself wrote a piano concerto. It's bizarre few people know this work.

In addition to @bomcabedal's comment, it should be noted that this is Siegfried Langgaard's one and only Piano Concerto in E minor (thus "#1" is redundant and the key has been mislabeled as E-flat major; sadly, he never wrote more than one piano concerto). Here are the movement timestamps for this video as it currently stands (I cross-referenced the music against kzbin.info/www/bejne/honPdZelZt6XaMk ) II. Adagio tranquillo 0:00 III. Maestoso - Allegro 7:15 I. Allegro maestoso 18:16 So the movements are still in the right order if you loop this here video, amusingly.

Beautiful! This melody sounds a lot like the Alleluia of Epiphany, in Mode 2: Vidimus Stellam. Makes sense, as most Gregorian chants were simplified versions of old Roman chant.

A very American style Flute Concerto. A style i personally like. Sounds like it was written in the 1950s. Skillfull writing for the flute performed beautifully. A very well balanced recording. Great tone on the flute. The more i listen to it the more i get out of this concerto. The 2nd movement most emotive.

Extraordinary. Excellently performed. From 1750-1760, Beck more than 20 symphonies printed in France and Europe, which were very popular... François-Joseph Gosse - helped J. Haydn to print symphonies, he was completely unknown in Europe at that time. He was hired by Esterhazi (in his court) for 30 years, according to the contract he did not have any copyright. 1779 was a watershed year for Haydn, as his contract was renegotiated: whereas previously all his compositions were the property of the Esterházy family, he now was permitted to write for others and sell his work to publishers.
