Is this les yeux clos related to the piano piece of the same name?

I don't know if there are any recordings of this work for piano. The versions I know of are for orchestra. I don't know if the original was for piano and was later orchestrated by Takemitsu, or vice versa, perhaps the original was for orchestra and a piano reduction was later made.
