I have 11.5 volt 4 amp power supply in my traditional bell to unlock the door , Can I use it or should I use only the supplied power supply? I am gonna use poe to power outside unit.

I have installed DS-K1T341CM access control device on 4 side gates with EM lock, and I have 115 individual houses inside here i want to operate the em lock individually from the resident's mobile with hik connect app only ( no indoor station ), if is it can kindly tell me how can i do, what is the procedure ,kindly tell me

Good morning, I live in a village with houses and there are some residents who don't pay to have access to the cameras, I'm suspicious that someone gave the password to a resident who doesn't pay, is there any way to know the Mac address that is being used or something else? alternative if someone who doesn't pay is using it?

Hello sir, in your video you connect the + from power adapter directly to lock opener, in KV6113 manual the + and - should go through the unit. Output + is via (BLUE - NO) and (GREEN - COM). If you connect like in your video + always connected there is no control for - COM. As the Blue NO is positive +. Is this a change in new models?
