So what about the small minute hand, does it not coordinate with the larger minute hand? Also, when setting the time, my second hand points to dcf77 rather than 12. I'm wondering if someone messed with the watch as I bought it used. Oh I have the ssg010

So, im guessing you have to let the minute & hour hands run forward or backwards till the proper date shows, yes? For manually setting the date.

Dial and bezel looks so good. Interesting as the PADI-branding strap is, I ended up switching back to the hexad bracelet (great match for the samurai's design) and think it looks a lot better. Love the dial, bezel and blue lume. Definitely recommend getting it off eBay or in store so you can actually see the watch and make sure everything is aligned, as standard Seiko QC failures are apparently evident going off some of the other comments .

The PADI version is stunning in real life. That combination is beautiful, I would say the best PADi version of Seiko so far. It is very difficult to get one nowadays, however the blue or grey version are still available in many places. To the lucky ones who have a PADI, congrats and enjoy it!

Golly, That is one beautiful piece!! Time to start putting money back because I’m definitely adding this one to the collection! Would be the most expensive watch I’ve purchased besides my Apple Watch Ultra. I also really like the Midnight Mariner version too! Would love to see that version come with the metal band also! I had mine today excellent size if you have big wrist and hands .Arrow hour hand especially recognised by anybody as a sign of something unique than other brands .I am happy its mint condition with extra bracelet brand strapcode for 450 € will make a video soon.
