Happy that Lavender Hill is so free to walk no violence ,the place was scary , the researchers were scared to get in there but I did in the name of Jesus , WOW yes I have a story to tell when I got in there with no trust but thanks God I did my work and got out un harmed 😂 👋👋

What are you talking about once of the busiest and dangerous areas? LOL! you were in the CBD and business hubs of Athlone. Its very safe. If you want dangerous go to Kewtown Silvertown

@byronvath4879. I fully agree with you. My family lived in Athlone for decades. We could walk home from the station late at night, unlike Silvertown. The shopping areas in the CBD of Athlone, are safe!

Hierdie plek het so verander, ek herken niks en niemand nie. Leonsdale was right next to the the area called Norwood Estate in the 1960's and 70's direction Elswood HS. When we walked from 40th Street to Elsies River station, we had to pass here. As 'n laatie was ek so bang. It was just 100's of 1000's of shanties with no water and electricity at the time. The notorious 6th & 10th street ran past the Elsies library into this area where the crime was out of control. Die govt het ons nou baksteen huise gegee maar ons mense het nie jobs nie. This is a very well presented video. Keep up the good work and don't lose faith. I grew up in a 1roomed shanty aprox 2km from where this video was taken - direction Eureka Estate. Jesus sal die werk doen amen.

kewtown wasnt always like this, the flats used to look rundown and there weren't any fences around the flats. it used to look like a war torn ghetto but the city refurbished this place. It used to be gang ravaged as well with many gang shootings and gang wars. Theres still shootings now but not as much as it was
