This is the place where people are living in a very abject poverty,of course not everyone, but the majority.
The place is called SEAWINDS,not far from Lavender Hill and Retreat.
The name of the area was given perhaps because the sea is not far from the area, and people can feel the sea wind blowing one way without stopping.
