“There are worse things than death, and there are worse things than pain.” Then he went on about people who have been “touched by malevolence.” I recently found out my 5 year old daughter is not mine, as I have thought for these last 5 years since I cut her umbilical cord during her birth. 5 years ago my 64 year old father got my 28 yr old girlfriend pregnant, and for the last 5 years they’ve been lying and pretending their child was mine. When I realized this and found out, and came to my parents and siblings asking if this was true, they then all in concert said I was crazy, they said I was experiencing psychosis, they said I was schizophrenic and delusional. I questioned my own reality. I knew what I knew was true, but the people I trusted the most on earth were telling me I was crazy. They literally stole reality itself from me. I questioned if this is what “going crazy” feels like. Is this what a schizophrenic delusion feels like? I was forced to wonder.. Then I did dna tests on “my” 5 yr old daughter. And, turns out I’ve been “touched by malevolence.” My reality has been destroyed by evil. She’s not mine. She’s my now 69 year old father’s daughter. She’s not my daughter, she’s my half-sister. And I’m not delusional, or crazy, or any of those things the people I trusted more than anyone on earth said I am, I’m just smart as fuck and I figured out this evil that’s been done to not only me but this innocent 5 year old little girl as well. Anyway, Jordan’s words here about evil, malevolence, chaos, etc.. help so much to bring order to my situation, it helps me in processing why things like this happen to good, virtuous people like myself. I’m still in shock, still processing it all… videos like this and wisdom like Jordan’s here when shared really helps a lot for people like me (and I imagine for people like this 5 year old little girl when she’s older and will have to process what’s been done to her when she finds out some day in the future that the person she thought was her father her whole life is actually not her father, I’m actually her half-brother. I hope she is able to find content like this in the future when she herself has to walk the terrifying path of waking up in a nightmare in real-life, like I have. There are definitely things far worse than death or pain. I’ve lived through them. I suppose the “gift” of being forced through a malevolent crucible such as mine, is the resiliency I now walk with. But, I’d trade my profound strength and resiliency for a “normal,” less painful life in a second (I think anyway).

It doesnt work if you do things randomly too. You will get some physical success but not mental. I really enjoy doing pull ups and handstands but they aren't out of my comfort zone. I feel better before, During, and After doing them. But I suck at being consistent I'm more consistently random
