what brand/type of paper do you recommend? whenever i use printer paper or this one pack of 'origami paper' from Michaels my model invariably ends up developing holes and ripping along the creases.

Thank you Sir for taking the time to create these videos. The information and commentary is invaluable and provides great context and insight into how origami actually works, from a practical mechanical sense. I have some feedback on the fold-along portions of these videos. It is *extremely* frustrating that the model repeatedly drifts off the screen--and often, for many fold steps at a time. Sometimes you refer to parts of the model or folds that we the audience can't even see as a result of said 'drift'. The incomplete visual reference highjacks the learning process, and the viewer stops listening to your instructions and commentary while they try to divine what was going on off-screen to get them back on track with the lesson. Luckily the solution is simple: zoom out in the camera app so you see more of the workspace, adjust the camera angle down more so it shows more of the space along the bottom edge of the viewport (you tend to pull the model closer to you, off the bottom edge of the screen). Perhaps you need to move the entire camera further away from the workspace and with the downward angling it should be perfect. Dont worry if it seems like your model seems too small in the video--I belive KZbin has an editing feature that lets you crop the video down to make sure its the right size on screen. Thank you again for these videos...keep up the great work!
