Hello Chef, we tried the recipe for egg fried rice, it turned out so soooo good and easy to make. The broccoli beef looks really good too. Thank you for sharing the steps with all the important details, I especially like how you cook the broccoli separately. will absolutely try making this. Next I am looking for a recipe for XO sauce with shrimp fried rice. Thank you in advance.

I tried this recipe tonight, it's the best broccoli beef I ever made! I used homegrown Chinese broccoli from my garden, adding the potato starch sauce to the broccoli made it so much more flavorful. Even my picky children ate a lot of the vegetables tonight. The only change I made is using less oil when cooking the beef to make it extra healthy. It didn't stick to the wok. I used the the wok that I bought from Souped Up Recipes and seasoned it according to the instructions. Hope to see some more videos soon. Thank you Cooking Ben.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. In fact, Chef Ben enjoys adding smiles and humor to his presentations. I have realized that some of these elements were removed from editing. I'll reinsert some of those clips to bring back the cheerful footage. Your support is greatly appreciated!

Thank you for this is very informative. I noticed the bean sprouts had the root and bean part removed, keeping the white middle part.

Request. Would you please show us how to make beef and brokery? I once had tasted it in a Chinese restaurant in the USA, I still remember the taste of it.
@thecookingben3 ай бұрын
Are you referring to beef with broccoli? Indeed, it's a classic dish enjoyed in Canton and Hong Kong. You can even find it on the menu at Panda Express. Absolutely, we can plan to include it in our upcoming video.

This was great thank you! When do you rinse the beef? Before or after marinating?
@thecookingben3 ай бұрын
Sure, you can rinse and dry the meat. Adding a bit of baking soda to marinate can tenderize it, but remember to rinse it again after few mins to prevent any strange taste

Can I mix all the ingredients eg, saauce, egg, etc, then cook with the rice at ONCE?
@thecookingben4 ай бұрын
You can combine salt and sugar, but when mixing eggs with salt and sugar, the egg tends to absorb all the flavors, potentially making the rice tasteless.
