The thing that inspired me about this is that the first thing you mentioned was what I was thinking of a few days ago, when I applied for a real estate exam preparation course, i.e., I will be getting my license in 3 months the earliest. Seems I have a bit of a sense for these things, at least it's how I feel and you helped me feel this way 😊 Thanks.
@PaleoAlexandr22 күн бұрын
Ok, no. 2 made me feel I am not cut out for this. I have big commitment and long term relationships issue, whether it is love, friendship or business 😅 Cause I feel that people always disappoint you in the long run, so relationships are not worth investing your time in; unless we're talking about dogs, I am committed and willing to invest time there 😊
@PaleoAlexandr22 күн бұрын
On the other hand, how often do people sell their real estate (or buy). I wonder how much relationships are worth. I feel more recommendstions would depend on how well I do my job, i.e., how much value do I bring in terms of helping clients (buyers or sellers) reach their goal.

I find after my ambush divorce after two kids and 15 years of marriage. I today am facing my father who holds the trope “ till death do you part “ covenant and doubles down with “ what God has joined let no man separate “ lol 😂 the hyper literal text doesn’t say women can’t ( just kidding). I have post divorce clarity now and do not arrive at the same understanding / conclusion as my father currently has. In 2024 Divorce is as much an epidemic as obesity and inflation according to contemporary data sources. Divorce is never God’s plan, will, hope or desire but “hardened hearts “ of spouses give them agency / free will to choose to divorce or grow through marriage issues. Thanks for this content and expressing your thoughts on this matter.

1. "Focus on sellers". My wife and I are realtors, and we have seen that we like to work with buyers better. It is a little more work but it is more fullfilling to help them get their new home, either if it's the first home or their dream home. Working with sellers has less emotion, so yeah, both of them are good to work with, sellers and buyers 👍🏻

I've been at my job for almost four years. I have never once been late, because I am always 30-45 minutes early. I am incredibly fascinated by people who are chronically late. I'm also fascinated at how many videos and other resources there are aimed at helping these chronically late people. I'm fascinated at all the different kinds of advice and tips and tricks, that all come so naturally to us people who are always on time.

I thought God said marriage was a symbol of our blood covenant to Him, it is a blood covenant and He allowed for a writ of divorce, but not the blood covenant, dead to self alive in Christ and the power is in the blood, deny His power of His blood covenant, when did He say just trample my blood Covenant under foot , I missed that scripture
@KevinWardNOW29 күн бұрын
Not sure what point you are making here. It sounds like you’re referring to Hebrews 10…just not sure what you are saying as it relates to divorce. You seem to be implying that a divorce is somehow trampling the Christ or his blood covenant….as if it is somehow different from other sins. If you’re saying that divorce tramples the marriage covenant under foot, I don’t really disagree with that. Marriages fail because the vows were not kept…they were “trampled under foot.” If someone completely turns their back on God, that is very different than someone who is trying to follow Christ committing a sin…. When we sin and repent of that sin, we are forgiven. I welcome your clarification.
@stevenhill642829 күн бұрын
@KevinWardNOW where does it address remarriage without it being adultery unless the spouse is deceased, therefore no blood covenant in effect, why does Moses address the writ of divorce which is contract but not the covenant which is binding to God cause He is the third part of the divorce and if your inheritance comes through the husband aren't you also canceling your inheritance with Christ , it is Holiness not happiness and we are to be the image , why should His image be tainted by our bad decisions, we aren't guaranteed marriage as a right , it is an Honor, I am encouraged to hear back
@KevinWardNOW26 күн бұрын
Divorce dishonors God…as does the breaking of any marriage vows. God’s image is not tainted by our bad decisions…but I agree that his name among unbelievers is always tainted by our bad decisions. That is not unique when it comes to marriage or divorce. Divorce dishonors God. So does lying and fornication and any other sin. Adultery dishonors God…so does lust. I imagine you and I agree on that. The distinction you make between a contract and a covenant is not a biblical distinction. A certificate of divorce ended the marriage…whether you want to call it a contract or a covenant. It sounds like you’re trying to tie marriage to salvation. Grace through the blood of Christ is what guarantees us salvation…not staying in a dead or abusive marriage. Marriage was made for man, not man for marriage…same as the Sabbath under the Law of Moses.

@jasonjosephleeАй бұрын
The best thing about being a real estate agent is that there is no ceiling but there's also no floor. So you can lose money if you don't figure it out quickly. I never understood people who treat it as a part time job, it's hard to make it - going at it full time. Part time would be 10x worse. I do agree with the patience, you wont become an over night sensation but if you stick to it you will make it, this is the best industry to be in.
