WARNING for all users of Infento 2.0. Be very careful when connecting the battery to the docking station. Our battery connector was not screwed at all and shorted and sparked when inserted into the dock. When I disassembed the battery, I found that the connector was not screwed at all as there were any screws. I recommend at first try to push the connector on the battery to make sure it is screwed in, before connecting.

Love this video! Do you think the Infento frame is strong enough to handle running on a more powerful motor to offer a faster ride for adult size/weight if we installed one? Using a bike battery and hacking the Infento motor wouldn't be enough for our slightly hilly area with an older/heavier person riding it. Like the Infento frame though, if it could handle souping it up with a stronger motor.

For those coming here in 2024 (or Windows 10+) and beyond…the driver for the serial cable does not register a com port appropriately with device manager. Don’t install it, or uninstall it; and let Windows install its own driver which finally got an actual com port assigned in device manager, and XPD saw it as in the video. Brilliant work here - thank you for this incredibly helpful video!

What fun! I feel like front wheel drive could work better, because you could place your weight mostly on the rear wheel. You have one foot forward, that you use to pump the front wheel up and down. You have the other foot near the rear wheel, so there isn't much weight to overcome.
@modularmobility22766 ай бұрын
I see what you mean. Well a lot was better if the rear wheel was just larger as it determines the overall ratio. With this small wheel you suffer from too high cadence and too little inertia.

@modularmobility22768 ай бұрын
