I don't think that most people in favor of trading DK are opposed to paying him 76.5 million over 3 years. That's not going to be a realistic number, and everybody knows it. That's what a website has appraised his true value at. It seems like a fair number for a guy like DK. It's not what he'll be asking for, though. 3 years in the range of 99 to 108 is what people are considering him overvalued at. I think if he would sign a 3 for 76.5 contract, it would already have been done.

Not a fan of Sanders. Of course they are going to meet him and such. That's all intel gathering. The 'we gotta get rid of Geno stuff is getting tiring. He's better than any alternative anyone has offered when asked who you would replace him with. I think Justin Fields is the closest to a franchise QB that may be available. But, he has not run a successful offense. We also need to understand that he has not had consistent leadership and IIRC, he's had a new OC every year of his career so far. There are no great passers in the draft. Nor, are there any really good dual threat QBs in this year's draft.

John and Mike are just doing their due diligence meeting with Sanders similar to what John and Pete did back in 2023 meeting with all the top QB prospects before the draft. I seriously doubt John and Mike will trade up to pick Sanders, but if he falls to #18 which is a possibility given most teams most likely don't want to deal with his dad Deion, Seattle might take Sanders #18, even though I would prefer other QBs for Seattle.
