This company is a scam. They take your money. They people waiting for years. They use you tube influencers to trick you into thinking that these homes are real. I have not seen a step by step process of each station building the boxable. If i am going to build a tiny house. and wait indefinitely . I could pay a reputable tiny house builder and get my home in little 4months. with high quality building materials. I am speaking for me. I don't have 50, 000 to throw away.
@sincitycountryhomesteadКүн бұрын
They had a solid idea, but it seems like they expanded too quickly before perfecting their manufacturing process. Now, instead of focusing on producing more units, they’re relying on investor money to stay afloat. Definitely not a great outlook.

Do you need to gravel the whole drive way right away? Here the whole island are dirt roads. I have 3 miles to get to my house. If it`s that expensive maybe you could do it later?
@sincitycountryhomesteadКүн бұрын
Unfortunately yes, as soon as it rains any dirt that is exposed turns to mud. It’s impossible to drive on as soon as the top layer of grass breaks away which pretty much happens as soon as you start to drive on it. We unfortunately don’t have any choice. Going to be a minimum of $10,000 just in gravel to start. 😩

Magnesium is highly flammable in nature when it gets hot. Why use Magnesium oxide? What gases are given off from the materials?
@sincitycountryhomesteadКүн бұрын
Interesting that a little tweak changes the entire chemistry. Magnesium oxide (MgO) is not flammable. It is a non-combustible, inorganic compound that is often used as a refractory material because of its high melting point and thermal stability. However, magnesium metal (Mg), from which magnesium oxide can be formed, is highly flammable in its powdered or thinly shaved form. When magnesium burns, it reacts with oxygen to form magnesium oxide, producing intense heat and bright white light. So, while magnesium metal is flammable, magnesium oxide is safe and stable under normal conditions.

Thank you for your comment, but your assumption is completely unfounded. Alena has never had plastic surgery. Her striking features are a testament to her Eastern European heritage, where defined facial structures are quite common and natural. It’s always a good idea to avoid making baseless remarks about someone’s appearance, as it reflects more on the commenter than the person being criticized. We hope you’ll approach future discussions with more thoughtfulness instead of being an uneducated arrogant person.

I had this video when it came out in my que to watch and then something happened and well, I remembered you all for Christmas and wanted to wish you both and your daughter a Merry Christmas. It's now yesterday in Vegas so its a belated holiday, but you get my attempt.Sorry for the set backs, you made me have a need to maybe visit while its winter so I can see what it feels like there. I am still looking at the possibility of tiny house living but not sure I want the already ready community or my own land. I would have to check into the financing part for both to weight the options still and I've yet to do that. I would love to find some acres and open my own tiny house park or airbnb situation or something where I could live and manage the property and make money in the future. I'm thinking beyond just having a home. I do know I don't need or want a bit house though. Love the truck Alena, but for some reason I have an eye for GMC trucks but they are more expensive mostly for the desirable design of them. Hope all is well. Keeping an eye open for your next video as always.
@sincitycountryhomestead9 күн бұрын
Thank you! Merry Christmas. The GMG is definitely nice! Would love a diesel but they are just too expensive these days and everyone tells me it’s just not worth the cost difference these days especially with diesel being $1 more per gallon these days. It use to be less then gas but not anymore. You can definitely get yourself a piece of land and do an Airbnb or something. Hardest step will be making the first step towards making it happen. Just have to do it!
@LosingDrea8 күн бұрын
@sincitycountryhomestead exactly. All of that. And yes do it!
@LosingDrea8 күн бұрын
@@sincitycountryhomestead Yes my cousin now lives in North Vegas and I have heard the gas prices are higher than they are here. I don't want a diesel due to the high price of it at the pumps. The expense of the 2500 or 3500 of course no matter the make are expensive. I have a love for the GMC Denali XL but I know I wouldn't want to spend that much on a vehicle.
