Of course, I was a little bit disappointed with the service during the flight, so next time I will definitely take a Snacks with me in my bag so as not to get into a situation where they are only offered for money on the plane. I just flew Condor in Premium Economy and it was free drinks all the way, even alcoholic. Food and snacks were plenty and the flight attendants came by with water frequently. There is a premium economy galley by doors 2L/R. You said you went to the back of the plane. I’m not sure but maybe the crew didn’t realize you were in premium economy?

Hi Anna! Thank you for your comment! We flew out of Las Vegas at almost 11pm on “red eye” flight. and after we were fed, they immediately turned off the lights and put us “to sleep”. And they probably thought that we were sleeping, so they decided not to bother carrying water every half hour. It maybe the reason 🤷🏻‍♀️ ….When I asked the flight attendants about snacks, I told her my seat number, so they knew that I was from premium economy class. Maybe I just got a shift of tired and mean flight attendants 😂?

Thanks, helpful video. You don't need to pay for a seat by the way, if you don't choose a seat during online-checkin, you will be assigned one for free

Great video, but you failed to mention the most important thing about the seats. The width of the seat is most important. Does Premium offer a wider seat?

Hi Jason! Thank you for your comment! Ughh unfortunately Condor’s Premium Economy seat width is the same as Economy Class seat width. Therefore, passengers will enjoy only more legroom in Premium Economy. 🤷🏻‍♀️

thank you for the information on Condor. I only fly Premium if Business Class is booked and I need to travel. I read many disappointing issues with service with CONDOR. i have never tried the airline. Should I try their business from Toronto to Frankfurt

Thank you for your comment! I want to note that Condor’s prices are quite attractive, even if you fly business class not for miles but for money. I remember that when I bought premium economy for $1500, there were options to buy business for $2600. What is the great price compared with the other airlines. I am sure that business class will be much much better in service vs premium economy.

I’m 6’2 and it was totally worth it having the extra legroom. I was able to stretch out my legs all the way without bothering the person in front of me.

I absolutely agree that for anyone over 6’ extra leg room is very important. My boyfriend is 6’4” and I can’t even imagine how it’s possible to fly for 11.5 hours in a seat without legroom. This is just torture!

I also have to say, on an intercontinental flight of 11 hours, the airline should be able to give out a few free drinks and snacks in between, Condor won't go bankrupt as a result... I find customers unfriendly, thanks for the nice video ...

That's crazy that in premium or even in basic economy , you have to pay for snacks or non-alcoholic drinks. Other airlines for international travel, gave snacks, and even alkohol.

Exactly! I was shocked when she told me that I had to pay for the snacks. Moreover , she became somewhat aggressive when i said that other airlines do not charge for snack on the international flights. And she refused to bring me coffee until 2 hours before landing. She said that coffee had not been brewed yet and they would start making it before the breakfast. Ridiculous!

@@sincitycountryhomestead I am worried because I bought my cousin a flight from Europe to USA and back .. and there is no e-ticket number. I purchased the flight from expedia and I called them and was told that Condor does not issue an e-ticket which is weird. I need to call Condor but from your own experience, do you remember if you had e-ticket number? I am asking because one time, I almost would have not gotten on the plane because I did not have e-ticket number and I had to call the special nr ( long story) to get this number (but it was not Condor but Lufthansa)

Drinks are all free in premium economy…and lots of snacks…just came back from FRA yesterday

You cannot compare Condor with Lufthansa, Austrian or Swiss. Condor is considered a leisure airline, which is why you have to pay for snacks, for example. And as a leisure airline Condor concentrates more on the in-flight sale of food and drinks than Lufthansa and co for example. This is the explanation for the "snack drama". 🙂

Hi Wurst! Now I know it too 😂. Since I’m from Eastern Europe, I often have to fly from the United states on long flights and it never even occurred to me that on flights 10 hours plus you have to pay for snacks. Like I said in my video, now I've learned my lesson.🤪

Even though I’m in a fight with United right now I’d choose their PE over that PE every time. Pay for snacks? Not a chance. PE on United allows for free snacks and alcohol. Shameful of Condor to charge for that.

Wow just for 100$! This is awesome! I was lucky once to same day upgrade for business class for €450 when flying from United States to Italy . It was incredible! I hope your flight was nice and pleasant!😃

This is not Condor's fault, but the flight attendants were probably a bit lazy that day. If a passenger comes to the kitchen in the back and asks for a drink, he gets one. It's a shame really, because this crew has ruined Condor's good reputation.

Yes, I agree with you . The flight attendants were not particularly friendly on this flight, and also it was “red eye flight”, so they probably wanted to relax, and here is some sleepless passenger who asks for coffee when they want to relax🥱😂. I think they were just lazy.

I fly 3-4 times a year with Condor in Premium Economy. I never had to pay for drinks and snacks, even wine was free. I never need snacks on Condor flights because they serve a lot of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I think the problem was that you went to the back of the plane. At the back of the plane they serve normal Economy. You had to go to the front of the plane. There they serve Premium Economy and Business ;)

Thank you for you comment 😊.I agree with you about the service on the plane. The movies, monitors, blankets, and pillows were the same as in economy class. As for the distance between the seats, for me, who is only 5’4”, I could easily travel in economy class. However, for someone who is six feet or taller, those extra five inches would make a pretty big difference on an 11.5-hour flight.

I was also very disappointed with the premium economy class in Condor. I guess I had inflated expectations of Premium Economy after flying with Austrian Airlines where the premium economy class was simply excellent, with wide seats and amazing service. For the future, I will know that Condor does not offer high-end service in premium economy class. The only plus was that I had a transfer in Frankfurt and only 2 hours between the flights and was able to get off the plane faster than the passengers at the end of the cabin.lol
