@@heenamousdell yes dogs allowed. We have ours here. Usually they have dog sitters available to stay in your home with them while you are away.

@@rajeshbehera5168 it is for 1,2 or whatever your situation is. Families will move to larger accommodation if kids are enrolled in school and those units become available.

You have no say in when you move to the NC1 im afraid. Request or no request, you will be informed when you can move based on their timelines. Minimum wait will be at least a year, yes. Could be longer though - as there is a massive backlog of people who have been waiting far longer than this to move, in the next few months.

There are two communities, NC2 and NC1. When you are hired, you will be assigned to NC2 the first months (normally 6-8 months), after that, you are relocated to NC1, where the cabins are much better (as the one in the video). There are even better cabins por couples, this one is for Single. Also I guess there are much worst for the service.

Hi Man Thanks for sharing this video it’s very useful. I have a question is the studio unit equipped with a washing machine? I understood that a weekly laundry service is provided which is good for shirts and the like but what about underwear of small things that we’d like to wash ourselves?

No washing machine mate. Laundry gets picked up twice a week. Washed and pressed and delivered to the room.

TBH I know a lot of people on the forums have strong views of NC1 being 'better' than NC2 however from this video NC2 looks lovely! Home is what you make of it. Further, NC1 is a very short bus ride or car ride away from NC2. A few of my mates that live in NC2 simply have their fun and work in NC1 and head home to NC2 at the end of the day.
