I had a recruiter reach out to me and ask if I was interested in applying for a role at ENOWA. Had a read of some forums and a lot of people seemed to be complaining about being housed at NC2 as opposed to NC1. From the look of it, it seems that NC2 is perfectly fine? Much better than many of the mining camps I've lived in here in Australia.

No washing machine mate. Laundry gets picked up twice a week. Washed and pressed and delivered to the room.

My husband joined as a junior engineering this year in Neom City, Tabuk and does Junior Engineers have ability to keep his wife in these accommodation units or do they have to rent out from the outside? Who does he work for? This accommodation is only for NEOM employees. If he is NEOM, then yes, you can stay with him.

There are no living costs. Family unit (2 bedroom) is 4000sr per month, but there are none available and there is a long long waiting list.

TBH I know a lot of people on the forums have strong views of NC1 being 'better' than NC2 however from this video NC2 looks lovely! Home is what you make of it. Further, NC1 is a very short bus ride or car ride away from NC2. A few of my mates that live in NC2 simply have their fun and work in NC1 and head home to NC2 at the end of the day.
