I put garlic and olive oil on my nails and once in a while I soak my nails in Lime water and then raise in warm water I used to bite my nails but I tried to stop if you want long nails one thing that you need is commitment people who don’t bite tier nails won’t get it but it takes allot of perseverance to stop biting I still kind of bite them but I’m trying to stop the nails on my left hand are so long now
