Just take extra Biotin capsules and it will achieve the same thing. That's the only nutritional value your after as both your hair and nails belong to the skin and consist of the same sulfur-containing protein. Everyone is saying that it doesn't take 2 days but everyone's nails take different amount of days to reach that length (Mine only took 1/2 weeks to reach this length) It mostly is by genetics from family .
