First of all, you have no idea what Bankai is. Secondly, upon watching Shunsui vs Lilie Barro, when you watch this fight, you know Shunsui is barely using 50% of his power here. And he fights quite dirty.

Shunsui's shikai is ridiculous because he can use any combination of games simultaneously, and there are likely more we haven't seen yet. It gets to the point of Shinji's shikai where it's nearly impossible for an opponent to calculate all the elements simultaneously and on the fly. Shunsui had centuries of practice studying the ins and outs of each one, and how to optimize every combination for every type of opponent. And I wouldn't be surprised if his bankai had more plays than just Karamatsu Shinjuu.
