It doesnt work like that, his mother was pure quincy, that got infected by White, but for her it was only just a poison, nothing else, just deadly hollow reiatsu in her body, not something that is part of her, Isshin become partially a human to negate negative effects of this reiatsu inside her so she could survive, but she still was just a quincy, with a poison inside her body, she didint got hollowied or something cuz for quincy its not possible. Ichigo got quincy powers from mother, shinigami powers from father, and hollow/fullbring powers from White aka the hollow reiatsu that was stored inside his mother and stabilised by his father, calling it "his mother's power" is just false, there was a reason why White merged with his shinigami powers from his dad, you could theoreticly say that its awakening his both parents power, after all his Vastolorde form is not just a simple Vastolorde, after all its just another Evolution of hollows, Ichigo is not a hollow, you can easly assume that it was something alike ressureccione, after all that what it is, just releasing your inner hollow as a combat power, combined with bankai cuz he was still using his fricking fake zanpakuto, that is why it was so overwhelming for Ulquiorra

Well, it is a bit misleading. SPOILER The thing is, while Ichigo's dad is a shikigami and old member of the Gotei 13, Ichigo's mother is a Quincy who got infected with hollowfication by one of Aizen's experimental hollows simply known as "White" - A hollow made up of the souls of many shikigamis. The process of hollowfication of Ichigo's mother was stopped due to Urahara's shenanigans, as her Quincy soul would have ended itself before becoming fully hollowfied. This hollowfication was passed on to Ichigo apparently and it took over or hollowfied part of his shikigami powers. This would actually mean that Ichigo is, in a way, the only "born" Vaizard, instead of one that got hollowfied later. This form you see Ichigo in is actually very reminiscient of what the original White that infected his mother looked like, if you go and look up the video. So no, its not his mother's power, it's actually closer to Ichigo's true, hollowfied Zanpakuto's power actually.

If you didn’t read bleach his mom was hollowfied and isshin was keeping it under control by being her husband, masaki passed down the hollow power to ichigo when he was born so technically it is his mothers power, she just never used it 🤷‍♂️
