Redevlopment मे जागा allot करते समय cheating हुंई.सेकरेटरी ने फसाकर मुझे ground floor पर जागा allot की और खुदने १८ floor पर जागा ली. मै शुरूसे चिल्ला रहा हू की मेरे बाजू का flat तुम्हारा है, मेरा भी flat तुम लेना और तुम्हारा १८ floor का flat exchange मे मुझे देना. मैने Dy. Registrar housing society के पास शिकायत दर्ज की वह दखल तो लेख रहे है ६ महीने मुळे अभी तक कुछ नहीं हुवा क्या है कोर्ट में शिकायत ले सकता हुं.

Unfortunately very less number of lenders are in the field. GRSF may be a platform which could analyse issues in getting redevelopment financing and will try to find out solutions.

Sir. i need to ask a question here. my fkat is in my name and my wife is nominated after death. i want her now to include her name (wife) as 2nd ownership of my flat so that the processes of transferring to her name as ownership goes smoothly agter my death. how to go about it ? if i can't do it i also made mywill in her name. any othervway. if not propose to sell the flat to avoid complications as im ailing n can't do this job of running to COURTS. PLSVADV. ME ASAP

As ramesh prabhu sir told in a hsg society if one bhk is more, their majority does not permit the quoram to follow as per society byelaws. Similarly in our hsg society one spl groupism is their which always dominate the flat owners. How to tackle in such case.

Sir, after seeing this video, I am confused between ownership and membership. I thought that once release deed is registered in favour of mother by kids, then not only membership but ownership also gets transferred to the mother. And then she is free to sell the flat. But you have mentioned that only membership is granted through release deed and not ownership. How?

We were from Chawl stepped into a society in 1982. After the chawl was redeveloped, some of the old members do not have agreement copy, the previous builder did not give the copies. Area of the flat is between 167 to 190 sqft some are 167, some 190 sqft. One person bought additional area and Rs 320,000. Do we have to pay the payment for the conveyance. How much will it be.? Please advise.

The assit. Deputy Registrar Mira Road, disqualified the management committee of well organized society on the flimsy grounds that the auditor was not appointed by him though he was a certified government panel auditor. The management committee comprises of retired engineer, doctor, and a laboratory assistant. The committee was only functioning for 20 months, and the builder a major delfauter complained that the society didn't conduct the AGM and the audit report was not submitted, both cases were false and documents were submitted to prove it.

Can the assit. Deputy Registrar disqualify the management committee on the complaint of the builder who is member and major defaulter to the tune of 11 lakhs rupees.
