बहोत जगह ये रुल सभी अधिकारी वर्ग बिल्डर्स के साथ मिलकर कमिटी के साथ तोडते हैं सदस्य को मालुम होतें हुवे भी कुछ कर नहीं सकते आम आदमी की कोई सुनता भी नहीं लुटमार टालनी हैं तो सभी सदस्य की एकता होना जरुरी हैं नहीं तो लुटे जाना निश्चित हैं...सोसायटी ने पहिले निष्पक्ष जांच करना जरूरी हैं 2 आर्किटेक्चर से फिजीबिलिटी रिपोर्ट लेके उसके बेसीस पे बहोत सारे रेरा बिल्डर भी बराबर उसके बने प्रोजेक्ट देख के उसके ग्राहक से बात करके , आर्थिक स्थिती देखं के बाद में आगे बढने की बात सभी के साथ करानी चाहिए, न फुटने वाले सोसायटी के आर्किटेक्चर अनुभवी वकिल, पात्र इंजिनियर, ca प्रोजेक्ट के लिये जरूरी हैं नहीं तो सभी मिलके ढगेगें फसोगे तो सभी गया...

If Association of 9 society going for redevelopment is it necessary to take Special General body meeting of all members of the 9 society? OR 9 society will arrange separate SGBM and sanction of redevelopment thro association final decision can be taken in the association of hsg societys and no need to call meeting of all members of 9 societys

Hello Mam, Is the previous owners Signature Mandate for transfer of share certificate even if the sale deed is executed and all the payments are completed to the previous owner? If no, what's the solution (any alternate way or any undertaking I can give) if the previous owner is not ready to give the signatures even after the deal is completed?
