Sir we are layman in this RD, but you have highlighted the importance of 79A procedure, members power in deciding the RD, MC cannot dictate their terms. Now confusion on Federation or Association, we are 18 buildings, 18 societies, formed Association step by step, now MC is only 11 elected members from 7 societies out of 11 buildings, others are co opted. Can we go for bye laws amendment and incorpate, so that atleast one representative from each society will be in the MC, please advise how to do do.
