And I've found every other car model and different years of production of the same car, but there is no mine in there. Nowhere, not on forums nor specialistic help. Nowhere! Maybe you can help me to locate it somehow?

Destroyed my 1.9 09 tdi pd bxe golf doing this due to lack of knowledge didnt get it mapped out 1.9s come with no dpf yet caused my turbo to explode due to back pressure from the egr blank and broken con rods when an egr system is designed the compression ratios of the engine are taking into place with the egr on the engine u remove that ur effecting engine ratios the timing has due be altered to this to match the new ratios after the delete otherwise be bent valves aswell its more than a 20 pound kit i can tell u from experience and research egr needs mapped it and asv sensor it will cause a draw if not mapped out either the timing has be altered all the hassle and money for very little benefit cleaner manifold and cleaner air

Just a paper clip...... Plyers, container, maybe a 8mm Allen wrench, fuel line schematics, probably wouldn't hurt to get some for the fuse boxes to find where the fuel relay is, dont forget someyhing to take the neg cable of from battery (probably 10mm socket and socket wrench, but other than that all you need is a paper clip. Unless the doors are locked in which case you'll need a few other things." Fucking retard. Should have known by the accent. Oh and the same size fuel hose also. Probably more but I stopped listening to write this.

but also 4 ft of 6mm hose, a container, plyers, gloves, allan key/screwdriver/ bolt, laptop or computer to look up relay and where its located, yep only paper clip, or just use the key, unless your stealing the gas.

to wash the engine bay, use cold Coca-Cola, and spray it on the motor, on a heated motor, but not too hot. this will produce a thermal, chemical cleaning reaction. instead of Coca-Cola you can also use Fanta. please make a video about it.

Great video thanks. I clean mine about every six months as the valve stuck open once and the car died as it was essentially running on exhaust gas. What I do is unbolt the motor from the back and push the sprung valve in and out to clean the shaft too. What happens is the carbon sticks to the valve stem and stops the spring from closing the valve again. Be careful though and make sure you only press the middle of the valve stem. If you press on the retaining plate the split collects can come off. It's then a fiddly two person job to fit them back on and trapping them back under the plate. Dismantling it like this is the best way to clean it but isn't for the feint hearted. If you lose one of those collets you could be looking at a new valve ££££.

If oven cleaner works, and bicarb/vinegar is better than oven cleaner for cleaning ovens, then logic would dictate that it would be just as effective for EGRs :)

Hello. Thanks for the video. It was very helpful. Next month I’m going to my storage where I have my car in and I’ll need to drain old gas that has been in the tank for 8 years. It’s a Pontiac sun fire 03 and the fuel filter is at the bottom of the car near the fuel tank. Any advice would be appreciated as I’ve never done this before. I have changed the fuel filter before so I know how to remove the fuel relay before removing the fuel filter so that gas doesn’t come spitting out from the bottom. So I don’t make a mess, would it work if I just connected connected a hose on the fuel line after removing the fuel filter and then plug the fuel relay back in and have it drain all out that way? I don’t have a lift so I’ll be doing everything from the ground. How high will I need the rear of the car jacked up if at all to remove all fuel? I look forward to your reply. I think I can do this by myself but I’d like some step by step guidance if you wouldn’t mind. It’s a nice car with only 55k kilometers on it and I plan on using the car. Any other advice on what I should do with the car before turning it on. It has been on stands inside the storage unit since January of 2017. The oil was changed a little before storing it.
