Hey 👋🏻 how long did it take for your omnibus to come in? I just ordered 1 Thursday and paid for shipping
@rickysrockinreviews5 ай бұрын
@Chasefolsom99 for a new release it should take about 3 to 4 days. If you order a new release and add in older books they may need time to order those older books or find them in the warehouse and it could take a couple weeks.

I bet with that new baby you wish that you could have someone create you so that you don't have to sleep as much. Lol I will say this book is somewhat interesting. If the whole book reads like the part you read from though sounds too wordy. But maybe it was just that one area that they were using all that descriptive text. @rickysrockinreviews7 ай бұрын
Hey! I went back and looked through the book for you. That chapter in particular is called Dogs of War and it kicks-off Part 3 of the book called Superego. The sequence is ten pages long and described just as brutal as the film. The biggest difference is the amount of suspense that leads up to the fight. Feels like reading horror. The dogs also have more of a haunting presence in the rising action before the showdown in the woods, i.e. the scenes with Bruce's father as he slowly wedges himself back into his life.

It actually starts off with Donald Sutherland as a Captain if a shop that is frozen in the Artic ice. The sailors see The Creation on a dog sled and behind him is Victor Frankenstein. Victor falls off his sled and is rescued by the sailors. He tells his story while he is laid up in the Captains quarters. It's really a good film. You can find it for free on KZbin.
