Thank you for your question! You can also make it with fried onions☺ You can make it tasty by adding half the amount of onion to the minced pork. (For example, if you're using 300 grams of minced pork, add 150 grams of onions.)

I really like the format of your videos. Aoi san speaking both English and Japanese while cooking doesn't let the flow of the video turn into a rigid and cold format. It gives the audience the feeling of being present with Aoi san in the kitchen, while Aoi san shows us step by step how to cook. 😊😊😊😊. That’s my comment!!! Aoi, thank you so much for sharing the different options for preparation. I have 5 kiddos, myself, my husband, and parents in the house. So, on any given day, I make lunch for 9 people. Streamlining the process the way you showed makes so much sense! BTW, you can chop egg whites by pressing them through a cooling rack grid. This gives you bigger chunks and chops them quickly - just something I picked up in another video.
