It's nice to see you still motivating us. We have to keep hustling. Sometimes I quit but my kids keep me motivated. My daughter plays volleyball so let me tell you I had the nerve to go up the steps to end of stands and sit at the last row by the wall and when it was time to go my group left and I tried to go down but I fell on my butt. Luckily I didn't roll down but a nice lady helped me go down the steps. Anyway just a story of me trying to be brave. I can go up the steps but not down. Funny story at volleyball game, sat in the first row with my son, I told him watch the balls, I was able to save my son from getting hit with a volleyball He had nachos on hand. A second ball came and almost got him and I was able to block. I'm like if another ball comes those nachos are going to be flying. That's what happens when you sit on the first row. Take care and keep up the work. Keep Hustling Never Quit. I need to do the same.

Hi -I am one year post stroke, left side affected. Yes, my toes curl when I try to stand to get up or stretch my calves. Also, for some reason. My left foot won't go flat footed completely sometimes. I am going to try the exercises with cane. I do a lot of stretch band exercises. Also, I will be going pt,ot and aqua therapy. Yes, I get mixed up in the head a lot but that is a side effect a lot of stroke recovery folks have to deal with. Thanks for a great video!😊
