Kapag ang gulay ay naluluto ng sabay sabay kelangan sabay sabay din ilalagay. Otherwise lamog na yung isang gulay hindi mo pa nailalagay yung dapat kasabay nyang naluluto. By the way, napakasarap nyan kahit sa tingin mo lutong tamad. Kamatis? High in Beta Carotene. Depende sa pinakbet kung may kamatis. Pwede mo naman hindi lagyan ng kamatis kung di ka mahilig sa kamatis.

I just wanna ask, I have an Electric oven. You can either turn both lower and upper heating on at ghe same time or either one of them lang. Which heating option should I choose? Also, my oven is not convection. Do I need to add water ilalim para mag moist?

I suggest you turn on both heat so that it will circulate better. No need for water, it will not create a crispy skin.

This is the best lechon belly roll recipe/video. Watched and followed too many recipes in the past but it’s has always been a FAIL. Then i decided to change the way i do things and follow your recipe/instructions instead. And the result is… a perfect crunchy lechon belly roll. The things that i changed were: 1.) do not keepm opening the oven while cooking. 2.) no water 3.) baste at the last 30 mins of cooking. Thank you for your recipe!
