@@DaltonBohanan I adjusted the suspension to make it the same height as the standard TRX4m. You can actually do it without cutting the bed.

i have done this to my trx4m high trail but now the front tires rub on the shocks when i turn, do you know how to fix this?

Spacing wheels out will help, either wider axles or offset wheels.

On flat ground. Iv took the body off and now the left wheel just touches the floor. Might be a weight problem not shore doesn't do it with standard gearbox weird .orderd alloy wheels hope this works. Thanks for advice mate

@@chrishorrobin3073 make sure the gears all mesh up. Does the body make a difference too? Maybe need to shave the body some?

Hi iv just put the injora alloy gearbox with 48turn motor in mine.when I steer it to the left with hardly any throttle the front left wheel goes straight up in to the air it will not stay on all 4 wheels any idea thanks

@@chrishorrobin3073 if it didn’t do it before & the only thing you changed to make it happen was the gearbox / motor. I don’t know then. Is this on flat ground driving & turning or while climbing?

Your axle is binding, you should grease everything or bearing swap it

Injora 53mm shocks with no springs front & soft springs rear with custom lower cups, 10wt in all.

can you go into detail about mounting the ecm?

I took the ecm/shock mounts piece & cut the shock mounts off so it was just the ecm mount. Took a thin piece of plastic (trash from packaging) & the smallest screws I could find. They are like m1.5 & short with a flat end so they dont poke the battery. Predrill holes for the screws. Ill post a photo in the Community tab of my page.

@ -injora alum axle housing with stock axles, 5mm brass injora hexes. Traxxas metal front diff gears with Traxxas front brass diff cover. Injora 16% UD metal diff gears rear with black plastic diff cover. - Traxxas plastic beadlocks with front brass rings & rear plastic rings with 1-1/2 key chain rings (3 on each rear wheel) for weight. And M26 x 32 washers to adapt them to aftermarket tires. -Traxxas steel suspension links with injora high clearance lower rears only. -injora 53mm shocks with no springs front & soft springs rear with custom lower cups, 10wt in all.

I’ve been calling my build the Low Trail for about a year now, didn’t know someone else thought of that same name! It’s a pretty truck, I love the look of the shaved down stock tires. It’s definitely more budget-friendly than mine is!

@@jimbo4203 thank you! The IR60 is my favorite body hands down, between the looks & ease of putting on it’s a no brainer. That’s funny, I almost got the white one but last minute got the grey. I think I may do white next unless they make the TRX4m one in the tan color.

@ToppersRC just finishing mine on a stock c-10 chassis with stock c-10 rear links front and rear. Perfect wheel base just opened up the wheel wells a little with a Dremel. Finally figured use Velcro for body mount.

@ heck yeah! That’s awesome! Mine is the stock Chevy chassis too. Stock rear links length & top front. Front lowers are shorten by a full turn to get the servo off the top links. Also made hard mounts to keep the body on.

@@ToppersRC think I'll have full suspension travel with oil filled shocks. I'll try no springs see what that does. Not looking for great crawler performance. Just scale kinda class 11 trail runner.

that’ll be sweet. I just recently got the injora shocks, after trying everything with the Traxxas ones. Now I can run them upside down and have had zero leaking. Also in the RC world @desertrockcrawler ‘s bug bite was inspiration too.
