I bought this shotgun in 20 gauge. I have cleaned and maintained it well. I like to shoot clay pigeons. Have put about 400-500 rounds. Shotgun have worked well with 7/8 oz loads or higher. Have it for two years now. ISSUES:. Cracked bolt assembly and power link had cracking and showing small hole, I called TR and got a replacement for both. Shot about 50 rounds; cleaned it and found the power link cracked again. I noticed the thickness where the part broke is very thin. I wondered if other people had this issue with theirs? how to correct the problem? I liked my shotgun but don't like having issues like this. I could order the part again but I feel is going to break again. Has anyone had this issue?

#8 plug alternative removal - First put on the 5/8" Spark plug socket then instead of swivel use a 3/4" socket on the end of the spark plug socket and it give you exactly the amount of room to get out - I worried a swivel would twist and break insulator off..

Same body language but complely different meaning. Dog: Lie down, front paws forward, tail up and wagging and look directly at you = "Come On! Let's play!" Cat: Lie down, front paws forward, tail up and wagging and look directly at you = "Back off! I'm going to hurt you!"

Found your video great instruction. However I have what I hope is a unique problem. While dove hunting I shoot 10 or 12 rounds when it jammed. It will not eject the spent casing. The bolt can not be forced open enough to remove barrel. Not sure what has gone wrong but can’t clear gun. Any ideas?

My Similar problem was when Dick's put the gun together, they did not install the Sleeve that locks the foregrip in place. Barrel migrates forward and the Pin does not hit the primer on the shell hard enough! Just a dimple mark on shell and no "Bang!"

Some tips: Anti-seize on plug threads, gap the new plugs - I just put ACs in mine and they were not set correctly, and emphasize holding the socket, extension and wrench firmly so that you don't put side pressure on the plug porcelain and crack it.

Hey did you notice any difference in how the engine runs or anything like that
@spiva27

I did. The reason I replaced the plugs and wires was because I was having a bit of a stutter coming to a stop and off the line. After I replaced everything, it ran 100% better.

@spiva27

that's right. as soon as you turn it on it should read the miles in sections. mine would say: odo 075 55.6 something like that. I've since sold it so i can't remember exactly.
