Beautiful plane! Trying to learn the basics of how to fly it in Xplane 12. It's crazy how you have to use each engine to turn when moving slowly on the water. You can see this quite well at the end of this video as the pilot ramps up the left prop to initiate that sharp turn to the right.

Don't see many of the short nose series 100 now. Not sure if they've all been disposed of or modified to the long nose of the 300 series. Because they are such useful aircraft I would not be surprised if it's the latter.

Didn’t work for me. What did work however was rolling up an old t-shirt and stuffing it down the port hole to seal it, basically creating a sealed subwoofer. The subwoofer went from boomy/peaky and muddy to responsive and flat(ter). It actually sounds musical now and obviously there’s no port hum because there’s no port. Obviously you’ll lose some volume, but you can easily compensate for this by turning up the volume a bit more. I have a balanced system with my speakers so my volume knob barely goes past the middle position. Really, just stuff a t-shirt in that hole and see how it changes the sound. I initially just wanted to throw my subwoofer in the trash but this made it usable.

You can buy an old C-band satellite actuator motor arm from a junk place for nothing or very cheap. Those things are so strong, having to move heavy satellite. Nice build!

I've got a snapping noise that occurs through the bar itself in the center speaker. - this is a fiber optics setup and the sound comes from Nvidia HDMI into the TV (SAMSUNG) then out from the SAMSUNGS fiber output into the sound bar. - If the treble setting is raised at all, the setup starts a snapping noise. Any ideas why? - is it a weak fiber output? I don't see how that could even be possible. Any help, greatly appreciated.
