I just did a reverse fishtail braid today! I did one braid in the back. I have some micro crimps in my hair so it made the braid look so much bigger! I accessorized with dark red bows and a maroon pearl knotted headband since it's fall :)

I don't even style my hair with chemical products, no heating, I used to colour my hair with garnier but now I do it rarely because I have also have grey hair...but still my upper layer of hair is Litterly brittle, dry, damaged, frizzy, and I have breakage problem and my hair are curly and my lower layer and middle layer od hair is much better than upper layer.

For reducing hair fall, have a balanced diet rich in protein. Use a gentle shampoo for your scalp. I switched my shampoo, hair conditioner and hair oil to litttllextraa coco ooonion one year ago, and reduced my hair fall.
