However, after Sonic and Silver instantly healed everyone (including the zombots), the civilians began to hate their former protectors en masse, explaining that the latter had unjustifiably killed those turned by the virus, since it turns out that every single one of them could have been saved. As a result, this soldier is fired from the army because his presence spoils its image as a guarantor of the safety of the Mobians, he is rejected everywhere because now no one wants to deal with someone whom society considers a mindless murderer, and now the only thing left for him is either to simply die or go into the criminal world, harming his former fellow citizens.
