Hi can you tell me what is wrong I did but the kickstarter in but the crank doesn’t come up it comes to half way but doesn’t come all the way up

Install kick lever in stock location, fully actuate it till you see an opening in the hole the set bolt screws into in the top. Once you see an opening install the set bolt then remove the kick lever and reinstall the kick lever in the stock location. Now you should get full kick start function and return.

Hello! I have a 1999 Aprilia Rx80 motorcycle with am6 engine. The gearbox was rebuilt according to the service manual. After tightening all the crankcase bolts I noticed that there is a tension. If I loosen all the screws that tension disappears. It also changes gears very hard. Everything was set up step by step. Please tell me if you have any idea what it could be🙏

I got one of these when I was 14! My friends would make fun of the way it sounded but, they also had to get their parents to take them everywhere. Haha. I wish I would have taken the stickers off, that solid white looks sick! Thanks for posting.

I did that on a tdr50 and it worked. Screams way more up top. Must adjust the timing.

I did my DT 50. Did not find mods top just more right in the middle. Advance timing should not add to top end. Rather more low to mid.
