How to install am6 kickstarter (kupplung)

When rebuilding my Rieju rr black series i noticed there was a lack of information about how the kickstarter was installed. Since i figured out the correct way i thought i should share. hope this video helps or at least gave you a laugh. Please like and leave a comment if you can

Hello! I have a 1999 Aprilia Rx80 motorcycle with am6 engine. The gearbox was rebuilt according to the service manual. After tightening all the crankcase bolts I noticed that there is a tension. If I loosen all the screws that tension disappears. It also changes gears very hard. Everything was set up step by step. Please tell me if you have any idea what it could be🙏

Was passiert wenn dieser o Ring kaputt ist. Läuft dann Getriebe Öl aus denn meine verliert beim Kickstarter Getriebe öl

kick will not go down after I changed the crank and piston, do you know what could be wrong? (am6 engine)

Magnus Hide could be a bunch of things. Can you turn the flywheel or is it stuck?

I installed a shim in the kick which was too much so it stuck

Hi can you tell me what is wrong I did but the kickstarter in but the crank doesn’t come up it comes to half way but doesn’t come all the way up

Install kick lever in stock location, fully actuate it till you see an opening in the hole the set bolt screws into in the top. Once you see an opening install the set bolt then remove the kick lever and reinstall the kick lever in the stock location. Now you should get full kick start function and return.

Hey, i think you will need a new clutch cover to do that, but if you buy that, it will work yes!:) I have Ryz myself.

Hey habe ein problem bin langsam am verzweifeln Wenn ich den kickstarter einspanne klappt alles normal, sobald ich dann den kupplungsdeckel festschraube is auf einmal irgendwas blockiert und es dreht sich garnix mehr und wenn der kickstarter sich dann doch noch drehen lässt nur sehr schwer mit einem lauten ungesunden geräusch Was mache ich falsch??

Ich würde die Abdeckung auf Markierungen überprüfen. Vielleicht können Sie sehen, wo oder welcher Teil Kontakt mit der Abdeckung hat.

Wohl eine scheibe zuviel aif der kickwelle...es gehört gar keine hin Wenn da eine ist dann ist alles zu lang und es klemmt

Hi today i was assembling my kick starter, i made everything like you... but when i'm turning my magnet it's making some clicking sound, is it supposed to be doing that or?

If you spin the magneto it should not make a click, maybe you have bad crank bearings? If you uninstall the clutch cover does it still make the clicking?
