Thanks for both videos I’ve watched multiple times based on how nice they look on your thumbnail pic. I just did mine following your instructions. I thought I messed up they just weren’t glossy enough turns out I just didn’t compound enough. I went back & compounded two more times & then polished they came out almost perfect.

Great video. Learned alot. If i sand the clear coat like u did in the video and put on wax, in time will the compound/wax come off and retun the clear coat to a dull finish like it was when you sanded it?

Good video. Took 30 minutes to swap out the old passenger side mirror (wouldn’t fold anymore) with the new mirror. 2016 Ram 1500 Sport. Ordered the mirror from World Parts Direct OEM Mopart part was $364 w/shipping. About $100 less than buying from online Mopar companies or getting it from the dealership. Great step by step video. I always seen horrible results with the chat spray. I'm assuming because after the spray it was never followed with the compound and polish which is what makes the project night and day difference. Thanks again. And God bless your beautiful daughter. My 2013 Ram 1500 drivers mirror would no longer power fold. Very helpful, took less then an hour to R&R the mirror and door panel. However the door panel didn't go back on as easy as removing. about a half a dozen plastic hooks need lined up before it will fit back on properly. Thanks for the video..

You likely wont see this given its a 5 year old video. But in the off chance you do, if you put your spray cans in hot water (not boiling just hot) for about 20-30 minutes before you spray, it eliminates orange peel.

Yep, the clear coat is a must. Otherwise the vht tint fades in a couple of months
