Been suffering with left ear discomfort, fressure like sensation and sometimes sound just at the point where my left ear connects with my left jaw joint. Recently I discovered that my jaw pops and clicks when I open my mouth wide and close it. ENT ran test on me twice and concluded left ear hearing loss. Will this exercise help ? I have a history of jaw clenching and teeth grinding due to stress and am almost sure my issue is related to TMJD. Please help anyone.

Im a man with pelvic floor dysfunction, visual snow, upper cervical instabilty, chronic fatigue, hundreds of neurological symptoms, i have an incredibly tight neck and my posture needs work. Unfortunately the established medical industry is either unaffordable to maintain or they outright dismiss your story and say to live with it. I got all of this stuff in 2010 after a bike crash. Recently all the symtoms worsened, and i send myself into a stress as realized i cant hide from all of these symptoms, or lead a normal life anymore. The key is starting small, never pushing beyond my range of motion, yet being dynamic and exploring. The reason its taken me so long to start rebuilding my posture is because of how overwhelming what i am facing is . But sometimes you need to embrace radical change, and chsnge in general. Just because i have an overwhelming amount of symptoms does not mean it will take me a linearly longer time. Things ive seen potential in are, iron neck, dynamic contraction teqnique, global body modalities, dynamic movements (like walking across uneven surfaces). Your simple easy to understand progrms and more. Chiropractic are good in theory but everything effects everything. So you need a chiro that's going to asjust at the root cause (if its a ligament issue adjusting the bone is going to be temporary for example). I wish there was such a person that can invest in you with equal reciprocal effort with what you need to accomplish or face. That visionary yet empathetic physical therapist or osteopath. But there often is not. If you sre going to be the master of your own healing, two things are really important: Never overdo somthing. Its beter to underdo it than injure yourself. Believe you are your have already attained your end result, nomatter what the world and science says.

I have been suffering from thumb (Carpo Meta Carpal) joint arthritis pain for a few years. I also developed wrist pain, which I assumed was due my CMC joint arthritis, but lately I began to suspect I had wrist tendonitis. When I saw your video, I started doing your recommended exercise. WOW! At first I could feel the "burn" of my tendons stretching (it's a familiar feeling because I do rotator cuff stretches). And then, when I relaxed the tension, the pain was noticeably reduced!! I would say this exercise works! Thank You.
