Amazing advice. I needed to hear it! I am 43 embarking on a career in social work. I start my degree in September. I have hurdles, I have studied before, I am a mum, I care for my mum. I keep having excuses why I can’t do it! But today, I am manifesting and being positive. I will do it. I will achieve it. I will manage! THANKYOU.

Congratulations, your videos are so inspiring. I am in my 30s thinking of studying medicine. I don’t see many options for mature students here in Aus so thinking of UK.

Your video was inspirational as usual, but if you get up at 3 or 4.30 am to do your tasks, then don't you feel tired later and take a nap every afternoon? ❤

Hi Dr Becs, I really love your inspiring videos... Thinking that, I will be able to go to Medschool ( if they will accept older student) in my 50's ( I am 48 y/o now) due to circumstances, is really really hard. But somehow, I find hope in your videos....Thanks for coming back in youtube and I am so excited in your new adventure in Australia🌺🌹🌺cheers💐

Hello Dr Becs! Another great video! I am so happy for you that you went for your dreams! Let all your other dreams come true! We have been in Australia for 2 years and I really enjoyed here. My husband (who is a doctor too) likes the country but it seems like he was enjoying his work in the UK more. Although I think that Australia provides a better life - work balance.

And I think about leaving medicine everyday as IMT3 But you don’t realise what a privilege it is to stand at the end of the bed in the middle of the night and be the only person who can sort that person out That’s massive

Hello Dr Becs, your video had me hooked from start to finish! The dedication you’ve shown is truly impressive. As a thumbnail strategist, I think small changes like title "5 Lifesaving Principles I Used to Conquer Med School!" could help your content get noticed by more people. Want to see my design skills?

I've talked about your story to friends and family as a form of inspiration. Me and my mum were talking about you the other day and we're are in awe of your perseverance. Though I 1000% agree about physical and mental health being important. My dad was a doctor and I saw what pushing yourself when your body is needing rest can do

I'll never forget watching one of your vlogs where you were panicking about finances, almost crying waiting for some emergency funding to come through. I was struggling myself and helpless to your cause, but I found it comforting to know other's were struggling too! Now, you look so happy and content, even in the hardest sessions of FY1. Way to go. So inspiring! Odd to say you can be proud of someone you've never met, but I think a lot of us feel that way! :)
