Thank you! I just started Estradiol Valerate IM 0.15 mL weekly + 50mg Spiro daily. I've been losing weight through Nike Run Club for a few years, from 230lb in 2021 to 182lb now, about 32" waist, 41" hips with male fat interpolation between those at 5'6" height. I'm still keen on losing weight, especially to get a slimmer waist and more defined hips. I've been exercising about 5-6x a week, alternating between strength and cardio, mostly doing lower body + some core but minimal upper body workouts as I already have a big rib cage + shoulders. My question: Do you have any tips for pre-female levels? I'd like to continue slimming down and building lower growth as I can. Aslo, what nutrition tips do you have? Thank you, Adriana

I have to figure out how to do this for aerial silks lol. I have to wear long and skin tight clothes for safety reasons and I also need to be able to move completely freely and honestly I don’t think it’s possible to not lose your tuck when doing the splits 🥹

I have a question about all these restrictions about what to eat while being on testosterone blockers and estradiol for mtf. they talk about watch the postassium intake. what stinks is potassium is just about in every food. What if you workout regularily can you still eat what you want? how do you eat whilke being on Hrt? Thank you

I must just have very unfortunate genetics. My mother is built like a tank too. I'm closing in on 10 years now and while I am a LOT smaller than I was at the beginning, I can't seem to get my dominant arm under 12". Once I'm no longer laid up in bed with covid and a broken leg I'd like to start intermittent fasting and cardio because I don't think I'm going to hit my body goals until I get under 140 again.

No ty lol I eat hella vegetables and fruits that would 100% violate a deficit on paper and I'm still in great shape. There's current studies on how caloric deficits hurt your organs in the long term.

Well I am dating a trans and she is on HRT, however since she started doing F45 training, I have noticed some bulk in her shoulder, traps, belly flattening slightly, legs slightly bulkier ( legs are ok to be big imo)

Keep the same diet but run alot do alot of cardio, u want to get your glycogen stores empty so , a null carbohydrate diet is good. Run alot like to the point to where it will start burning your muscles into carbohydrate and will eat away at it

Omg thank you for this! I've always been very active since I was really overweight as a kid and spent like all throughout highschool trying to slim down and that led me to having really muscular arms which made me feel really dysphoric. I just started weightlifting around december last year so i could build my lower body to try and balance my man shoulders (but these were just light weights like 20-30lbs). I recently just started doing more heavier weights (70-80lbs) since I felt like sticking to a really low weight won't give me the changes I want anymore. But I was scared since it might bulk up my arms more. I've been on hrt for about 11 months now and did notice my muscle mass go down slightly but it still scared me since i feel like doing heavy weights might make my arms go back to how it was before so watching this video really did help thank you ❤️

I can say that tone is important. I look a bit like a lumberjack currently but I have always talked a bit feminine and it's fairly routine for people who are tired to call me ma'am instinctively before realizing they said it then saying sir. Singing is a great way to practice tone and pitch and if there is nobody else to hear it, just let it all out and have fun. At the least you can have some fun.
